Brussels, 8 Apr - Dear all, in case you are not aware of it, I am writing to inform you about and to suggest that you might want to sign up to a NGOs declaration with policy recommendations to EU institutions and national governments on developing "civil dialogue and partnership relations between civil society, national governments and EU institutions".

The declaration is one of the outcomes of the Civil Society Conference organized in Brdo last week. Some of you attended and signed the declaration so this email is to other
colleagues and partners.

Here you can find the Ljubljana declaration (with the annex and list of CSOs that support it). It has been reviewed according to the comments made at the conference.

Please note that the declaration will be officially published and sent to relevant EU and national governments officials this Wednesday morning.
